Three Course Meal Box for Two to Share
Baked Homegrown Gem Squash, Homemade Paneer,
Cob Nut, Saag & Spiced Tomato Chutney
Pyrton Manor Farm Lamb Curry
Served with Pilau Rice & Chapati
Cardamom Panna Cotta, Spiced Apple Compote
Reheating Instructions (these are also detailed on the dish labels)
Squash - Remove chutney from the fridge an hour before serving, to come to room temperature. Remove the lid from the foil containing the squash and place in a preheated oven at 150c/140c fan for 10-15 minutes. Remove from oven and spoon on the chutney before serving.
Curry - Remove lid and replace with foil. Place in a preheated oven at 150c/140c fan for 30-35 minutes until hot.
Rice - Remove lid and replace with foil. Place in the same oven as the curry for 20-25 mins.
Chapati - Either remove from packaging, place on a plate and microwave for 30 seconds until warm; or pop in the oven for 1 minute before serving.
Panna Cotta - Remove from the fridge 30 minutes before serving.
