Three Course Meal Box - Meat

 

Squash Salad – Roast, Pickled, Puree

Chilli, Almonds & Broccoli

Venison & Redcurrant Stew, Home Cured Bacon, Tarragon Dumplings

Braised Red Cabbage & Dauphinoise Potatoes

Reheating Instructions (also detailed on the label of each dish)

Squash - Remove from the fridge 1 hour before serving, dressing salad with vinaigrette just before you serve   

 

Stew - Remove lid and replace with foil place in medium oven 160c/150c fan for approx. 25-30 mins then remove foil put back in oven for 10 mins to crisp and brown the dumplings

 

Cabbage - Remove lid and replace with foil, place in a preheated oven at 160c/150c fan for approx. 20-25 mins or until hot

 

Potatoes - Remove lid, place in a preheated oven at 160c/150c fan for approx. 25-30 mins or until hot

 

Cheesecake - Remove from the fridge 30 mins before serving
