Sweet Potato & Coconut Soup with a Red Pepper & Basil Loaf (both suitable for freezing)

For two to share, ideal for a lunch or light supper. 

 

Reheating Instructions (also provided on label)

Pour soup in to a pan and heat on the stove over a medium heat stirring regularly until warm. You can either enjoy the bread as it comes or to reheat - wrap in foil and place on a baking tray in a preheated oven (150c/140c fan) for 10-15 minutes.
