With almost forty years in the industry between them, husband and wife team - Andrew and Eilidh certainly have the skills and experience to make your event one to remember. Event catering, dinners at home, wedding breakfasts, family luncheons,
bowl food parties, feasts in a field; get in touch with your requirements and they will create a menu especially tailored for you.
Andrew and Eilidh first met in 2005 working together at The White Lion at Crays Pond. Andrew then took on his first tenancy at The Half Moon in Cuxham which is where the couple discovered their love for homegrown produce -
including rearing their own pigs, geese and turkeys for the table.
In 2012 an opportunity to resurrect 'The Goose' in Britwell Salome became a reality and the untameable beast 'The Red Lion' was opened. Andrew won 'Chef of the Year' and placed 25th in Budvar's Top 50 GastroPub Awards, Oxford Times' 'Best Restaurant of The Year', 'Best Food Pub' in the South-East from The Great British Pub Awards and two Michelin Bib Gourmands.
In 2015 they were looking for their next step in life. In what seemed like a twist of fate, they have found themselves back in Cuxham. Whilst [still] renovating their 16th century watermill, which was previously owned by their friend, 'Cuxham Mill' was created.
