Cuxham Mill at blue tin

We first met Emma and Jed when we were at The Half Moon in Cuxham. We bought Jed's pigs whole and butchered them ourselves; and Andrew thoroughly enjoyed telling Jed how many sausages, portions of pig's head terrine and pressed ham hock he had made from one pig. Jed soon talked us in to rearing our own pigs, and our friendship and work partnership was created from there.

 

We now provide sausage rolls, black pudding scotch eggs and a delicious veggie special for the Blue Tin Coffee bar. We often do a Saturday morning 'cook-up' on the grill too; keep an eye on our Instagram to find out when we will be there!
